The Fidelis Partnership Claims Function

Team

Our Claims team of highly experienced professionals work closely and effectively with the Underwriting team.  Through the gathering of market intelligence and the adjustment of losses, the Claims team is critical in identifying potentially market changing events that could lead to underwriting opportunities for The Fidelis Partnership. The Claims team has no underwriting authority and duties are appropriately segregated.

The Fidelis Partnership recognises the humanitarian impact that (re)insurance can have in times of catastrophe.  Post loss, we assess the impact on our clients and the wider population and adapt our claims process to the challenging conditions. We will also consider making charitable donations to assist in the recovery process for those for whom (re)insurance is not available.

Philosophy

We are committed to providing excellent service to our brokers and clients, throughout the product lifecycle. An important part of this service is to provide accessible, fair, fast, and efficient handling of insurance and reinsurance claims.
