Ben is Bermuda CUO at Fidelis MGU. Ben has worked in the London market for 8 years in a number of roles including actuarial, broking and underwriting. He joined Fidelis Insurance from London ILS Fund Leadenhall Capital Partners, where he was responsible for Retro, ILW and Specialty Investments as well as leading the company’s analytical work. Before then, Ben worked in the Aon Benfield retro team, providing pricing and structuring support for brokers.

Nadia is Head of International Reinsurance at Fidelis MGU. Nadia joined Fidelis Insurance in 2021 from Willis Re where she led the London desk handling German, Austrian and Swiss client reinsurance business. Nadia was also responsible for Willis Re’s International Alternative Capital Practice Group. In her role she managed global accounts as well as regional clients with a focus on German speaking markets. Nadia has a strong technical background, obtaining a diploma degree in Mathematics from the University of Leipzig and qualifying as an actuary with the German Institute of Actuaries in 2019.

Kevin is Head of US Reinsurance at Fidelis MGU. Kevin has been in the reinsurance industry for over 10 years. He joined Fidelis Insuarance in 2017 from Guy Carpenter in Philadelphia where he was Vice President in Treaty Broking and brings a background in catastrophe modelling and exposure analytics. Kevin has a strong knowledge of the US Mutual Marketplace having worked with many mutual insurance companies.

Matthew is Director of Underwriting and Deputy UK CUO at Fidelis MGU. Matthew joined Fidelis Insurance in November 2019.  After graduating from the University of Southampton in 2006, Matthew joined Amlin, where he was an Underwriter in the Property Reinsurance team.  He joined the Acappella Syndicate in 2014 to develop the North American Reinsurance book, eventually being appointed Head of Property Treaty in 2017 and then Deputy Active Underwriter for the Syndicate in 2018.

Jason is a Senior Underwriter at Fidelis MGU. Jason joined Fidelis Insurance in 2015. Having originally been involved across all lines of business, Jason is now focusing on Property Reinsurance specifically in North America. Jason graduated from Bates College in Maine with a degree in Politics and Mathematics.

Paget is an Assistant Underwriter at Fidelis MGU. Paget Hengesbaugh joined Fidelis Insurance in 2020 as an Underwriting Assistant for the International and North American property teams. Paget graduated from university in 2019 with a Masters in International Business. After graduating university, she was employed by Renaissance Re in finance and operation roles, and previously interned at Tokio Millennium Re for 3 years.

Mykal is an Underwriting Assistant at Fidelis MGU. Mykal joined Fidelis Insurance in 2022 after graduating from Thomas College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  Prior to Fidelis Insurance, Mykal worked as a youth basketball trainer and watersports instructor.  Mykal is now an Underwriting Assistant for our North American team.
