Michael is UK CUO and Group Head of D&F Property, Energy and Construction at The Fidelis Partnership. Michael joined Fidelis Insurance from AXA XL in March 2020. After graduating from Oxford University with a Master of Physics degree in 2003, he joined Lane Clark & Peacock Actuarial Consultancy. He joined Catlin in 2008 and qualified as Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA). He was the property actuary responsible for pricing, reserving and capital modelling for all property lines worldwide across the group. He moved over onto the underwriting side in 2010 as class underwriter writing International and US D&F property business for the Lloyd’s of London Syndicate. He progressed to Underwriting Manager and established the middle market cost centre writing a combination of delegated authority and open market business. Michael will be writing a shared and layered D&F portfolio through the London Market Wholesale Broker network.

Mark Deputy Group Head of D&F Property at The Fidelis Partnership. Mark joined Fidelis Insurance in May 2020 as an Underwriter for Property Direct & Facultative. Mark began his career at Commonwealth Insurance Company in Vancouver Canada in 2004, becoming the Senior Underwriter for production and marketing throughout the US. In 2012 Mark moved to London to work in the Lloyd’s of London marketplace where he helped build the Navigators and Vibe property portfolios. Mark has a BA degree in Education from the University of Alberta.

Grahame is an Senior D&F Underwriter. Grahame joined Fidelis Insurance in 2022. Prior to joining Fidelis Insurance, Grahame spent eighteen years working in the London insurance market for broking houses JLT and then Willis, where he lead the North American wholesale property broking activities in London. More recently, Grahame was based in New York, where he was responsible for leading the North American Facultative Property Reinsurance division.

Zoe is a Senior D&F Property Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership. Zoe joined Fidelis Insurance in August 2021 as a Property Underwriter. Zoe started her career in 2011 with Marsh in New Zealand, before joining Aon in 2012. During her time with Aon, Zoe has held various broking roles across New Zealand, Australia, and London; primarily specialising in Open Market Property Risks.

Gary is Head of Terrorism at The Fidelis Partnership. Gary Redmond joined Fidelis Insurance in 2020 from Zurich where he worked in New Business Underwriting dealing primarily with Property & Casualty lines. Prior to this he worked for Aon in their Global Inwards Team where he held a position on their EMEA Board of “Millennials”. He graduated from DIT with a BA in International Business & Chinese Language.

Anthi is a D&F Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership. Anthi joined Fidelis Insurance in 2020 as a Risk Analyst for North American Property Reinsurance and joined the D&F team as an underwriter 2023. Anthi began her career in 2011 as an intern at Hiscox, joining Tokio Millennium Re as a Senior Analyst for the North American Property Reinsurance, Workers Compensation and Terror teams in 2012. Anthi graduated from University College London with a degree in Palaeobiology and a Masters in Quaternary Science.

Mercedesz is an Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership. Mercedesz joined Fidelis Insurance in 2017, supporting several functions through her rotational internship programme. Mercedesz gained significant international experience in India and China whilst completing her BA degree in Business Management with Law from Pearson College London. Mercedesz currently works as an Assistant Underwriter for Property Direct & Facultative.

Teddy is a Construction Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership. He joined the company from QBE Europe in July 2023 where he held a number of positions ranging from client relationship management for a number of the UK’s largest construction firms to acting as an Assistant Underwriter writing a wide variety of UK and International construction and engineering projects. Prior to this, Teddy was on placement in Hong Kong with QBE working across multiple underwriting lines in the Asia Pacific market.

Teddy has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Business Management and wrote his dissertation on the risk posed by poorly regulated historic landfill to current and future development.

Alice is an Assistant Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership Alice joined Fidelis Insurance in 2021 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc Hons in Psychology with Business Management. Alice currently works as an Underwriting Assistant for Property Direct and Facultative.

Jahvon is an Assistant Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership. Jahvon joined Fidelis Insurance in 2015. Originally working in the operations department he switched to underwriting supporting North American Underwriting. He now supports the Property Reinsurance team on whole being both International and North America. Jahvon graduated from St. John’s University in New York City with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations.

Alyssa joined The Fidelis Partnership in 2023 as an underwriting assistant on the Property D&F team. Alyssa graduated from university in 2022 with an Undergraduate Degree in International Business and a Postgraduate Degree in Finance. Prior to joining, she gained experience at Convex on the International Property Treaty team and at Ariel in Finance and Operations.

Deneisha is an Underwriting Assistant at The Fidelis Partnership. Deneisha started at Fidelis Insurance in April 2020 as a Receptionist and Office Administrator and in July 2021, Deneisha joined the D&F team as an Underwriting Assistant. Deneisha previously worked at HSBC Bermuda.
